From verification to submission

    Sign back in any time to continue a draft or check your status.

    Complete the form

    Institution details, the award’s questions, supporting documents, declaration and checklist.

    Submit and track

    Submit when ready. You get a full copy by email and can follow its status.

Supporting documents

Institutional profile, executive summary, annual reports and any evidence of impact.

Authorised signatory

The name and designation of the person signing the declaration, and a scan of their signature.

Official stamp

A clear image of your institution’s stamp to accompany the signed declaration.
